Who We Are
Founded by Tynan Mason and Mike Beiras, Higher Grounds Management is one of a kind, in your home, elite behavioral and intervention management service. Our team is comprised of former Federal & Juvenile Probation Officers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Educational Tutors, and Certified Life & Health Coaches.
Our program covers a vast array of internal and behavioral challenges with teens and young adults, consisting of depression, lack of motivation, general misdirection, self-harm, low self-esteem, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, peer pressure, social media addiction, relapse prevention, and traumas such as rejection, abandonment, betrayal, and self-sabotage. We also specialize in advanced interventions to help families overcome the following challenges and addictions; drugs, alcohol, nicotine, social media, behavioral defiance, as well as successfully transitioning young adults out of the home.
We ensure accountability, growth, and results through in-home customized mentoring and support. Therapy, rehab, and prescription meds alone will not get the job done. If you are located in Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Orange County, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, or Santa Ana, or if you’d like to fly your loved one into LAX from anywhere in the world, please contact us today.

"We tried rehab, therapy, punishments, and everything else you can think of for my son who was making bad decisions. Higher Grounds is the ONLY thing that ever worked. Ty and his team have given me hope. He is a “teen whisperer” and somehow gets through and makes an impact when you’re ready to just pull all your hair out. Parenting a troubled teen can be heartbreaking. If you’re in that situation, call Ty and his team. Trust me on this. You’ll find yourself personally benefiting from his advice and mentoring as much as your teen does. He’s extraordinary."
