Founded by Tynan Mason and Mike Beiras, Higher Grounds Management is one of a kind, in-your-home, teen counseling, elite behavioral and intervention management service specializing in teens and young adults. Our team is comprised of expert teen counselors, former Federal & Juvenile Probation Officers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Educational Tutors, and Certified Life & Health Coaches.
Our teen counseling services are customized to your family's needs and cover a vast array of internal and behavioral challenges with teens and young adults, consisting of depression, lack of motivation, general misdirection, self-harm, low self-esteem, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, peer pressure, social media dependency, relapse prevention, and traumas such as rejection, abandonment, betrayal, and self-sabotage. We also specialize in advanced interventions to help families overcome the following challenges and dependencies; drugs, alcohol, nicotine, social media, and behavioral defiance, as well as successfully transitioning teens and young adults out of the home.
